		<description>Hey guys, good to see you are going to drink the Baja Cool-aid.  Be carefull, it&#039;s addicting!  I describe the Baja 1000 to people as: &quot;You spend 8 hours trying to get off the bike and the whole next year trying to get back on it!&quot;

Anyway, I am a Baja racer who just moved to NY. I am undecided on whether I am going this year, but I might. Even If I don&#039;t, I would be happy to help you guys plan or offer any advice on the trip.

I saw you were goin to meet with Chris Haines, great choice. He helped me in 2006. I prepped my bike at his shop with his help. You can see it on his website, actually. It is the only pink XR650 (We rode for breast cancer in 2006). They are great people.

ANyway, good luck and email me back if you have the chance.
