Based on my recent experiences with Garmin and the mess created by updating software or maps on the Nuvi – I would never buy another Garmin product again.

Their website is horrible, tech support takes 45 mins to get a non-answer, their own software breaks their own product.

Garmin has too many products to create quality on any one.

This is getting annoying for sure. I have Parallels installed on my MacBook Pro ONLY because I need it to use Garmin Connect. Does anyone know why it’s taking so long?

Agree with these sentiments. I too have been waiting for many months to finally download all of my runs and get them into my PC. Not to sound sensational or dramatic, but it could be a class-action candidate. I think most of us just wish they’d put out a beta, or at least a status that indicates to us that they’re at least working on this.

I have been in the same boat for the past year, check out these threads on Motionbased. There does exist a “Beta” of the ANT+ software, but no word on when it will be released to the public….
